A couple weeks ago there was the teeniest wedding at the Castle on the Hudson. Only Michelle’s and Matthew’s immediate families there to witness, so I was really honored to be among them to document it. It was small in numbers of guests, but large in all those great things: the butterflies, the family togetherness, the food, the dress, the flowers, the love…
The bridal suite at the Castle was completely filled with light, and I almost wanted to stay there the whole day. I just loved all the little fun things Michelle and Matthew added to their day: the sweet kids, the gorgeous food, the kissing snowmen cake topper, the little sparkles all over Michelle’s look – on her cheeks, the dress, in her hair. It was the perfect complement to a formal family dinner, and added just the right amount of flair to a cozy, winter wedding.
