Alex & Spencer {Wedding at the Kaaterskill}

To be honest, when Alex & Spencer told me their wedding day itinerary, I wasn’t sure how it would work out.  Would the guests have a hard time sitting down quietly after an elaborate pre-ceremony cocktail hour (note the fruit and vegetables in their floral designs)?  Would the couple really like photos of a sunset ceremony without flash?  But as it all took shape, it was quickly clear how wonderfully original it all was.  The riveting rabbi began the ceremony with a song that focused everyone on the moment, and the sky painted the most beautiful background for Alex & Spencer’s super-loving ceremony.  From a mellow hang out with friends while getting ready to a bustling photobooth and party with a dockside scotch and cigar scene, their plans were perfect.

  1. As the mother of the groom and now new daughters law
    I find these photos to be incredible thank you for making the memories last a lifetime

  2. It was a magical setting. I loved the pre gathering of family and friends socializing before the ceremony. It was a perfect picture of what a wedding celebration should be.

    Lots of love around.
